The Residential Replacement Cost Estimation (RCE) program is fully automated and provides accurate estimates of construction costs for single family detached residences, The program computes Base, Full, and Depreciated Replacement Cost Values based upon Square Footage, Number of Stories, Roof Type and Quality of Workmanship, and makes adjustments for such factors as the existence of Garages, Floor Covering, Appliances, etc. Assessed Values, Current Taxes, and Neighborhood Avergaes are also displayed.

Currently, the RCE program only handles single family residences.
