b.) Use a Word Processing program, such as Microsoft Word to compose a Friendly Letter, which States Your Offer Completely, Includes the Offer Price and Gives them 10 Days to Make a Decision. (If you have already spent money on sample letters, etc. use these as examples.)
c.) Give the owner the option to contact you, or offer to contact them yourself-if you make this offer, be certain to follow through .
d.)Include a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) from RDI On-Line so the owner has current information to assist them in their decision. (Run the CMA by the Street Range, not by the Subdivision).
