The Mortgage Loan origination documents remain with Mortgage Companies who also operate under non-disclosure to retain their licenses from the State of Texas. The Appraisal District records have no common index with County Clerk records in Harris and Fort Bend counties. Even if you had the County Clerk File Numbers naming Grantors and Grantees you could not match these to Harris County Appraisal District Property Tax ID numbers.
